How does the rental works?
Choose the equipment, see price list and fill form. We deliver directly to your apartment/hotel, and collect it once your rental ends. Or you can choose to pick up and return gear by yourself.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Zagreb and surrounding areas. Delivery to other Croatian cities can be arranged upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 2–3 days in advance ensures availability, but we often accommodate same-day or next-day requests.
Is the equipment safe and clean?
Yes. All items are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and safety-checked after every rental, using baby-safe products.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
For most rentals no deposit is required. Only for certain high-value items (e.g., premium car seats or travel cots) we may ask for a refundable deposit, which is returned once the item is collected in good condition.
What if the equipment gets damaged or dirty?
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. If items are returned significantly damaged or very dirty, additional cleaning or replacement fees may apply.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, simply contact us at least 24 hours before your rental ends.
What about cancellations and refunds?
Cancellations a few days before delivery are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
What is the minimum rental period?
We offer rentals starting from three day, as well as weekly and monthly packages at discounted rates..
How does delivery and pick-up work?
We deliver directly to your chosen address (apartment, hotel, airport). Once your rental ends, we pick up the equipment from the same location. Delivery and return fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
Or you can choose to pick up gear from our company address and return it by yourself.
